wren: always show the picker path
Keep the Path row visible in every file-picker mode so the current
directory and mask remain apparent even when direct entry is disabled.
Continue using allowEntry to control whether the row participates in
focus traversal and accepts edits. Prevent mouse clicks from forcing
focus onto either the read-only Path field or a locked Mask field, and
document the distinction.
